1. Rescheduling may be done by you at your end at least 48 hours prior to your pre-fixed appointment date without any additional charge.
2. Rescheduling can be done beyond the permissible time limit on special request to us, by email at a nominal additional charge of 25% of amount paid.
3. Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to pre-fixed appointment date shall be honored with a refund from our end after deduction of 10% service charge.
4. Cancellation beyond the permissible time limit may be possible on special request to us by email up to a minimum of 48 hours after the pre-fixed appointment date. A cancellation fees of 50% shall apply.
